Samantha started her career after IUJ with All Nippon Airways in Tokyo, successfully integrating into this Japanese company. She was a key element in managing ANA’s Loyalty Marketing project for ANA’s entry into the Star Alliance group. She helped with negotiations of bilateral airline partnerships to broaden the airline’s network and increase revenues.
After 4 years at ANA, she moved on to challenge various marketing projects at McCann in Tokyo, including customer loyalty and direct marketing projects. After 2 years in Tokyo, Samantha moved to Paris for McCann where she managed international accounts (L’Oréal UK/UPS) from proposal and creative design to production and mailing to develop the international customer base.
Currently, Samantha is running her own company in France, PassWord, focused on marketing and clear communication strategies. She handles everything from translation and editing services for websites and corporate presentations to the training in English for business people to improve their performance on an international stage.
