Annual Health Checkups for Students

Annual health checkups are an important part of maintaining student well-being and are required under the School Health and Safety Act. These checkups help ensure that students stay informed about their health and receive early support if needed.

Checkup Schedule

Health checkups are held twice a year, in April and October. Each student is eligible for one health checkup per academic year.

For new students, we strongly recommend scheduling your checkup during the Fall Term of your first year at IUJ.

  • Friday, October 24, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Important Notice:

If you miss this opportunity, you will be required to arrange a private health checkup at your own expense (approximately 15,000 yen). We strongly encourage you to schedule in advance and ensure your participation.
