The 7th CHO Forum was held
The 7th CHO Forum was successfully held at IUJ. This year’s theme was “Aligning Global HR Development with Corporate Growth Strategy” and 31 CHO (Chief Human officer) or HR persons from 29 companies attended this event. Mr. Shinya Uda, executive officer of Mizuho Financial Group, Inc had a presentation on “Development of global human resources” and all participants had a group discussion.
This Forum is annual event since 2011, which aims to promote the globalization of human resources, as well as to exchange views, ideas and concerns among company guests from different industries.
