  • Feb 10, 2025: Form 1 (Application for Academic Supervisor) via Google Form
  • Feb 28, 2025: Form 2 (Decision of Academic Supervisor)
  • Oct 6, 2025 Change Supervisor  if applicable
  • Oct 7, 2025 Add Co-Supervisor   if applicable
  • Dec 12, 2025 Form 3 (Application for Writing Group Research Report) if applicable

Cover Page:

For 1-year program students who enrolled in 2024/2025 Academic Year (Class of 2025)

Timeline:

    • Oct 31, 2024: Form 1 (Application for Academic Supervisor) via Google Form
    • November 29, 2024: Form 2 (Decision of Academic Supervisor)
    • Apr 8, 2025: Change Supervisor
    • Apr 8, 2025: Add Co-Supervisor
    • May 30, 2025: Form 3 (Application for Writing Group Research Report)
    • July 17, 2025: Evaluation Form by Supervisor along with Research Report
