International University of Japan Hosts Snow Festival to Promote Intercultural Exchange Through Snow Sculptures and Bonfires

International University of Japan held the International University Snow Festival on February 14, 2026, welcoming students and faculty members along with students from Keio University and Kokusai Joho High School. Designed to foster interaction among participants, the winter-themed event featured a variety of engaging activities.
Highlights included a snow sculpture contest showcasing participants’ creativity, as well as complimentary hot cocoa and a bonfire area, where attendees enjoyed a warm and relaxed atmosphere on the snow. Food trucks were also on site, giving students opportunities to share meals and connect through casual conversation.
International University of Japan plans to continue offering events that make use of seasonal and regional characteristics in order to further promote multicultural exchange and enrich student life.
