IRI October Lunch Seminar “Trump’s Tariffs: Implications for Global Supply Chains and Strategic Responses”

IUJ Research Institute Lunch Seminar Series Kicks Off for the New Academic Year!

We’re excited to share that the IUJ Research Institute (IRI) successfully launched this year’s Lunch Seminar Series on October 16!
The first session featured Prof. Li and Mr. Elyor Baxtiyarovich (GSIM, 2nd year), who gave an insightful talk titled
“Trump’s Tariffs: Implications for Global Supply Chains and Strategic Responses.”
More than 30 participants joined the event, engaging in lively discussions and enjoying a relaxed lunch-time atmosphere.
The IRI Lunch Seminar Series provides an opportunity for faculty, students, and researchers to exchange ideas across disciplines and explore new possibilities for collaboration.
We’re already looking forward to our next session on November 14, where Prof. Shinoda will discuss
“US–Japan Alliance: Then and Now.”
Thank you to everyone who joined and made this first seminar of the academic year a success!
