Training Program for Kyrgyz Republic Government Officials
The training Program for Kyrgyz Republic Government Officials was held as follows:
・Program Name：Human Resource/Organizational Capacity Building
・Date： Wednesday, 30th August – Friday, 15th September, 2017
・Venue： IUJ campus, Niigata, and Tokyo (Japan)
・Participants： Kyrgyz Republic Government Officials (Human Resource Officer) 14 persons
This training program has been designed to enhance their Human Resource and organizational capacity building at public sector, entrusted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) since 2015.

Training Program for Myanmar Government Officials at Ministry of Border Affairs
The training Program was held as follows:
・Program Name：Training Program for Capacity Development for Leadership Potential for Government Officials at the Ministry of Border Affairs (MOBA) in Myanmar
・Date： Monday, 6th November – Friday, 17th November, 2017
・Venue： MOBA Yangon (Myanmar) Training School, and IUJ campus/Tokyo (Japan)
・Participants： Myanmar Government Officials (Senior Officials) at Ministry of Border Affairs
This training program was designed for Ministry of Border Affairs to enhance their English communication and Leadership skills as well as capacity building at public sector, supported by the Nippon Foundation.
