IUJ is a school that is continually growing – not just by the number of countries that students hail from, but in its international standing. The Graduate School of International Management proudly obtained accreditation from AACSB International in 2019, and the University’s PhD program was inaugurated in 2015 with the number of doctoral candidates increasing annually.

Career Fair 2024 Was Held for IUJ Students Seeking a Job in Japan
On Wednesday, November 6th, the “Career Fair 2024” was held for students pursuing job opportunities, co-hosted by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. and Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd.
In the first session, a career advisor from Mitsui O.S.K. Lines’ foreign talent recruitment service, “Career Voyage,” delivered a seminar covering the latest trends in foreign talent hiring and key strategies for successful job-seeking. Real-life cases of candidates who secured employment through “Career Voyage” were also shared, providing attendees with a clearer image of achievable success.
In the second session, representatives from Tokyu Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. conducted a company briefing, and a recent graduate now employed with the company shared her experiences. This session offered participants a deeper understanding of the hotel industry’s appeal and Japan hospitality, and also highlighted the importance of Japanese language proficiency for those pursuing careers in Japan, making it an invaluable learning opportunity.
We remain committed to proactively organizing career support events, allowing students to engage with companies from diverse industries as they prepare for their careers.
