On-Campus Recruiting

IUJ, a professional school, puts your career first.

On-campus interviews are also arranged by CC&S taking both student needs and company priorities into account. Special practice interviews in English or Japanese can be arranged before the real interview.

On-Campus Recruiting is focused between January and late February, though companies come in the Fall, and throughout Spring Term to meet candidates as their own recruiting schedules dictate. Application procedures and guidelines, application critiques and support are all coordinated in the career office. On-campus interviews are also arranged by CC&S taking both student needs and company priorities into account. Special practice interviews in English or Japanese can be arranged before the real interview.

Students are also encouraged to make their own individual network and search for their own opportunities using the CC&S for guidance. IUJ Alumni network can serve as a starting point via our special A-CAN program: Alumni Career Advisors Network. A-CAN boasts well over 2,000 volunteers worldwide – virtually all IUJ graduates since 1997.  They provide updated information and advice to current students to help them explore professions, industries and get tips on how to follow in their foot steps.

You can see more at Career Counseling and Services (CC&S) website. The Placement Report provides information on the companies that recruited on campus, and shows where IUJers have recently been employed, and gives details as to the timing for both students and recruiting firms.

Companies wishing to recruit at IUJ, please contact to ccs@iuj.ac.jp for support.  Recruiting at IUJ carriers no fees or commissions.
