IUJ was founded by business leaders and continues to be supported financially and philosophically by some 900 corporations. IUJ works cooperatively to actively engage the international business community. IUJ has launched a “Global Partnership Program” with more than 55 major corporations in Japan having signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the University.

Academic Connections to Business

IUJ works cooperatively to actively engage the international business community. Examples of such connections include guest executive speakers in class and through the Senior Executive Seminar, student course work involving corporate-sponsored projects, faculty research and consulting relationships, and class visits to corporate offices and plant sites.
