Access Guarantee Retrieval
In case you forgot to keep your product keys for the item which you downloaded before, you can retrieve it again by buying the “Access Guarantee Retrieval” service.
To retrieve your product key, login to the WEB store. Click on your email address, select Your Account/Orders.
Click on View Details of the item you want to install again.
Click on Add of Access Guarantee Retrieval (60 days), when the button turns to Remove in red, click on Buy now.
Type your billing information and click on Bill to this Address.
If you have your own credit card, select Credit card for Secure Payment and proceed.
