Nagaoka City x IUJ Career Meetup was held for International Students
On Friday, March 8, the “Nagaoka City x IUJ Career Meetup” was held in collaboration with the Industrial Location and Human Resources Division of the Nagaoka City Commerce and Industry Department, the NPO Nagaoka Activation Zone of Energy (NAZE), and the International University of Japan. The purpose of the IUJ Career Meetup is to foster two-way exchanges between IUJ international students and local governments, companies, and businesses interested in utilizing highly skilled foreign professionals, as well as developing and expanding overseas sales channels, to create new discoveries and connections. The 2024 Hult Prize On-Campus program was held at IUJ
The Hult Prize 2024, the business model contest with students from more than 1000 universities around the world, was held on campus on Friday, 23rd February. Six teams participated and presented a business model based on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) under the theme of 2024, UNLIMITED!. As a result of the judges, the following three teams were selected as the top three: – 1st Place: Team Walrus, whose innovation stood out remarkably. – 2nd Place: Team Hermind, for their dedication and unique approach. – 3rd Place: Team Renew Africa, for their impactful project and commitment.
