IUJ’s Library, housed in Matsushita Library and Information Center building, is one place in Japan that holds large collection of English books. However, as new books getting added to collection, duplicated and unused items are donated regularly. Library has so far donated books to Tanzania and Senegal under a program sponsored by JASPUL (Japan Association of Private University Libraries) since 2008. Recently, about 200 volumes were donated to University of Zambia.

We believe that our donation will enrich the collection at the University of Zambia and open the door to start a new relationship in Africa.
