Employment Start Date
New Graduates:
The employment start date varies by company, such as a fall intake in the year of graduate school completion, or an April intake in the following year.
Mid-Career Recruitment:
The employment start date will be decided through discussion with the employer.

Status of Residence after Graduation
After graduation, all students are not allowed to stay in Japan with a student residence status even if the expiration date remains.
Please confirm the procedures in case of you continue to stay in Japan as a regular worker or job hunter.
Business Card for Job Hunting
Holding a business card is not a must during job hunting, but some job hunters prefer to have it to share their personal and contact information when speaking with recruiters.
The IUJ School Shop helps to order a card with IUJ original format.
How to order:
- Download the application form for your school and fill out the format correctly on your PC (do not write by hand).

*Please read the instructions in the form carefully. - Print the completed form and bring it to the IUJ School Shop.
- A proof image will be ready about 3 business days after submission. Please visit the School Shop to check the proof.
- After your approval, your business cards will be printed and delivered in about 3 business days. Please visit the School Shop again and pay 3,200 yen.
Business card images for each school. English and Japanese are printed on each side.
