1. This form is only former Exchange and Special students who attended IUJ but did not graduate: "Honorary Alumni". Before filling out his page, please contact the Alumni Relations Office for information on fee payments and further instructions.

Alumni who received and IUJ Diploma, please register HERE. Faculty and Staff do not need to register but may access the Directory HERE with your network login information.

2. Fill in all the information on this screen
All fields are required, as this data will be checked against your records at IUJ to ensure safety. Middle Name is required if you have one, so do NOT type just an initial, the word "nil", a blank space, "-" -- or anything else but your full middle name. If you do not have a middle name, just leave the field blank.

3. Do NOT type in all CAPITAL letters or in all lower case letters
Enter your name and other information in Roman alphabet letters using a combination of large and small cases where applicable (i.e., James Allen McDonald). If you type in all capitals or all lowercase, your information will not be found in the database and your application may be delayed considerably.
