My exchange at IUJ was truly enriching. Academically, it offered a unique perspective on Japanese history, management style and HR practices, which was such an interesting comparison with the mainly Western approach taught at my home university. Learning about Japan’s distinctive business culture broadened my understanding of global management styles.
Equally impactful was IUJ’s incredibly diverse community—students from all over the world sharing their cultures, ideas, and experiences. This blend of change in perspective and cultural immersion made cherish my time at IUJ, and I highly recommend it to future exchange students.

My favorite aspects studying at IUJ are the opportunity to form close friendships in a warm international community, learn about their cultures, and explore Japan. IUJ is one of few places in the world where this is possible. I truly cherish my time in IUJ.
