Global partnership with Toda Corporation
The International University of Japan Educational Corporation (Location: Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture; Chairman: Shoei Utsuda) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter ‘Partnership’) on Global Human Resources Partnership with Toda Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Seisuke Otani).
A partnership signing ceremony was held on the IUJ campus on Thursday, December 7.
The signing ceremony was attended by Toda Corporation’s Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the Human Resources Supervisory Department, Mr. Ooi, and General Manager of the Globalization Department, Mr. Oda, from Toda Corporation, and by IUJ President Kikkawa and Executive Trustee Kimura from IUJ.

Toda Corporation conducted an English language training course from 6 (Wed) to 8 (Fri) December, which was attended by 10 employees.
Toda Corporation is concerned about globalization within the company, and focused on IUJ as part of its efforts to develop human resources for overseas markets.
All lectures during the training were given in English, and the participants learned the language skills and social skills required for overseas business by making presentations together with international students from IUJ.
We hope that Toda corporation and IUJ will be continuously global human resources development partners in the future.
